Had my first personal training session this morning, tough work but felt fantastic. My trainer is great too- we share a love of superhero movies and the walking dead :P and he made me work bloody hard!! Just what I needed! Sore now but plenty of time to rest before work tonight..

New gym!

Just joined a new gym and I’m super excited!!
I went to my first class this morning - a core and resistance band training class - and it was awesome :) everything is pleasantly achy.
When I signed up I got three PT sessions and my first one is tomorrow, I can’t wait!

Perfect healthy delicious afternoon snack:
Homemade guacamole with homemade cornchips (cut up some gluten free mini corn tortillas and baked them for 10 minutes at 200C fan forced)
